Getting Started

DDW looks forward to welcoming all poster presenters, lecture presenters and moderators to McCormick Place in May. Presenters and moderators can view full invitation details, including a full listing of all presentations in their sessions, by logging in online. Once logged in, click the “Messages” tab and select “Invitations.” On the invitation page, click the plus sign next to “Session Information” to see a full listing of speaker names, presentation titles and times for the session.

Poster Presenters

Poster presentations will take place Saturday through Tuesday in the DDW Poster Hall, located in the McCormick Place South Hall. The Poster Hall will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to attendees. Presenters should be present at their poster boards to answer questions from noon to 2 p.m. on the day of their scheduled presentation.

For full information on formatting your poster and instructions on how to submit a free ePoster, please view the DDW 2017 Poster Presenter Guidelines.

Lecture Presenters

DDW lecturers include renowned GI experts along with abstract authors presenting their latest research findings. All lecturers are asked to visit Speaker Headquarters in Room N426 to pick up a speaker ribbon and also to upload their presentations at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled presentations. Presenters also have the option of uploading their presentation to the DDW Presentation Upload Site before they arrive in Chicago when the site opens in April.

Please read the full Lecture Presenter Guidelines to learn more about formatting and uploading your presentation.

Moderators can learn more about their responsibilities and how to view presenter slides uploaded to the DDW Presentation Upload site prior to DDW by reading the Moderator Guidelines. Additionally, moderators of abstract-based sessions will receive instructions by email in April detailing how to access full-text abstracts featured in their sessions.
