Exhibit Booth Information

Where can I find general information on the show?

What are show hours?

Sunday, May 7 through Tuesday, May 9, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How do I sign up to exhibit?

Go to our Exhibitor Portal and click on “Reserve Your Booth.”  

Where do I find the exhibitor prospectus and booth pricing?

All booth information can be found here

How do I view the available booths?

The DDW Floor Plan is now available.

How do I select my booth space?

Go to the Exhibitor Portal and click on “Reserve Your Booth." This will lead you to our Booth Space Contract.

What are the display rules and height restrictions at the show?

Please refer to the policies outlined at Exhibitor Policies.

I am an exhibitor, where can I access or log in to my account?

Go to our Exhibitor Portal to access your account anytime. You can also use this link to go to the Exhibitor Resource Center.

I have questions about my booth space. Who do I contact?

If I’m interested in a sponsorship, what do I do?

Go to the Exhibitor Portal and click on "Marketing Opportunities" to see what is still available.

Exhibitor Registration and Staff Badges

How do I register my booth staff for the show?

Exhibitor registration for booth personnel opened on Jan. 11, 2017. Go to our Exhibitor Portal, log in to your account, and click the tile called "Booth Personnel." If you need assistance with your user ID and/or password, please contact Convention Data Services at ddw@xpressreg.net.

All booth personnel must be registered and will not be allowed on the Exhibit Hall floor without an exhibitor badge. 

How much does it cost to register booth staff and get a badge? 

Each exhibiting company is allowed an unlimited number of complimentary exhibitor badges for their booth personnel.

How can I order tickets to special events and educational sessions?

Exhibiting company personnel wishing to register to attend the scientific sessions may do so via Attendee Registration located on the DDW website at www.ddw.org. They may also register while at DDW at Exhibitor Registration located at the exhibitor service center.

What is exhibitor registration and what days/hours are they open?

   Hours of Access  Exhibit Hours
 Sunday, May 7 to Tuesday, May 9  7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. 

Any additional badges required on site can be obtained at Exhibitor Registration at the Exhibitor Service Desk.

Exhibitor Registration hours are:
  • Thursday, May 5, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, May 6-Sunday, May 7, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Monday, May 8-Tuesday, May 9, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Are exhibitor badges mailed?

No, you must pick them up onsite. If you are the main contact for your company, then you may pick up the badges for all of your staff at once or have individuals pick them up separately.

Can I call DDW and register over the phone?

Yes, you can register individuals over the phone by contacting our registration company at 888-873-3976 (domestic) or 508-743-8521 (international).

I don’t have access to the internet or I do not want to register on-line. How can I register?

You may register on the phone or onsite, however we do recommend registering in advance to avoid long lines on site. To register on the phone, please contact our registration company at 888-873-3976 (domestic) or 508-743-8521 (international).
