Product Theaters are turnkey, 45-minute marketing presentations about your company’s products or services. These sessions do not offer CME credit; rather, they give exhibitors the freedom to create a presentation centered on their company’s products.
Satellite Symposia
Satellite Symposia (SS) provide your organization with a unique opportunity to host educational programs before or after DDW scientific sessions, often offering CME credit to participants. A limited number of symposia are permitted so be sure to reserve yours today.
The Knowledge Hub
These 15-minute industry demonstrations offer an intimate setting to have conversations with companies about their products and services. They do not offer CME credits.
In-Conjunction With (ICW) Meetings
ICWs are meetings and events arranged by exhibitors, third party planners, educational institutions or other non-profit organizations during DDW. These ancillary meetings are held at participating hotels and other venues in the host city. The site to request meeting space through DDW’s ICW program is now open.
