The new online Exhibitor Portal launched on April 3. Exhibitors are now able to complete their exhibit space application, select a booth from the available booth inventory and make a payment online.

The information gathered from the application will create a unique Checklist of tasks with easy processes to provide additional information for booth activities and to access the web sites of our official contactor partners: Experient, Expovision and Freeman.

Staff Changes

To ensure timely receipt of information regarding participating in AAO 2019, please notify the Academy as soon as possible when there is a change to the person who will handle the company’s participation in the exhibition.
