Request Invitation Letter

International attendees can request an invitation letter for DDW 2022. You will also need to register for the meeting when registration opens in January. Once registered, you will also have the option to print your invitation letter using the Registration Resource Center.

DDW encourages you to start your visa application process as soon as possible. Because of new U.S. State Department regulations, U.S. embassies and consulates may require a face-to-face interview for most non-immigrant visa applications. You should apply for your visa at least three to four months before the meeting.

To schedule an interview for the visa application process, please contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. For more information, please see the U.S. Department of State website

Starting in November 2021, most international visitors traveling to the U.S. will be required to show proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days of departure. Please review the CDC website to stay up to date with the latest information regarding travel requirements and restrictions.
