Step Two: Registration & Travel
How do I register?
Our step-by-step registration checklist (available soon) guides you through this process and is handy to have when you are in the registration site.
How do I make hotel reservations?
You must make hotel reservations when you register, as hotels cannot accept individual reservations. A hotel map and room rates for official DDW hotels will be available in the DDW Preliminary Program. Shuttle service will be provided between select hotels and the convention center.
How do I make travel arrangements?
We highly recommend that you review DDW’s travel arrangements web page to help you book your travel.
For U.S. residents: please review the Real ID Act regarding boarding federally regulated commercial aircraft. Depending on your state of residence, you may need to provide a second form of identification at the airport.
How do I choose which sessions to attend?
DDW provides a variety of guides and tools to help you plan your time at the meeting. The DDW Mobile App is your go-to resource for the entire meeting. Please note there is no longer a printed Agenda Book available on-site.
What are ticketed sessions?
Most DDW sessions are included in your DDW registration fee. Some sessions have additional fees and require separate registration. The ticket icon in the program denotes sessions that require separate registration and a fee. Ticketed sessions are very popular and do sell out.
What other activities are at DDW?
- Satellite Symposia are educational programs held before or after DDW scientific sessions and hosted by exhibiting companies. The majority of these seminars offer CME credit to participants. Please note that these sessions are not part of the DDW program.
- Product Theaters are turnkey, 45-minute marketing presentations about an exhibiting company’s products or services. These seminars do not offer CME credit to participants, and please note that these sessions are not part of the DDW program.
- The Knowledge Hub hosts 15-minute presentations that offer an intimate setting to have conversations with companies about their products and services
