Getting Started

Registration and housing are now open for sponsoring society members (Jan. 22 for nonmembers). Secure yout spot by Feb. 26 for the largest savings!

Step 1: Contact Details

You will be asked to enter badge information including your name, professional designation(s), company, department, job title and mailing address. Please enter your information carefully. You will also review several DDW policies.

Step 2: Demographics

You will be asked a series of demographic questions. Your answers will be kept confidential and will help us ensure that future DDWs meet your educational needs.

Step 3: Refer a Colleague

Send personal invites and social posts to your colleagues and friends via LinkedIn, Twitter or email to join you at DDW 2025. You can also skip this step for now and invite others later. Check your confirmation email for more information.

Step 3: Registration Options

During this step, you will choose to register for the full meeting (DDW Scientific Sessions) or for the AGA-ASGE Postgraduate Course Only. Please only select the latter option if you only want to attend the AGA-ASGE Postgraduate Course. You can also select additional ticketed sessions and view each associated cost on this page (DDW Breakfast Connections, DDW Meet-the-Professor Luncheons, Postgraduate Course, etc.).

Member Associate Anyone who has one of the following degrees or certifications: PharmD, RD, RN, PA, PA-C, NP, ANP, ARNP, CRNP or PNP or any other degree with PA or NP as the leading or ending characters; and technicians. Member Postdoctoral Fellow Any researcher or scientist in training as certified by the training program or laboratory director. You must be a member of AASLD, AGA, ASGE or SSAT at the time of registration to receive this rate. Member Student Persons who have a degree or certifications (i.e., BA, BS, and/or BSc) and are enrolled in medical school. Applicant must be a member of AASLD, AGA, ASGE or SSAT at the time of registration to receive this rate.	Complimentary	$210	$260

Step 4: Review Information

Please be sure to review all your information carefully before proceeding to checkout. If you find errors, click on “edit this registrant” or “edit package selection” and make the appropriate changes. At this step you can also add another registrant or a guest.

Step 5: Payment

You will be asked to enter your credit card information and accept the DDW Terms and Conditions.

Step 6: Confirmation

Once you’ve submitted payment, you’ll have the option to invite colleagues to register via direct social media messages.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered within 24 hours. The registration page will automatically redirect you to the Registration Resource Center (RRC). There, you will be able to update your information, print a receipt, book housing, upgrade your registration and more.

Step 7: Housing

If you’re attending in person in San Diego, your registration confirmation email will include a link to book your hotel room through onPeak, DDW’s preferred housing partner. From the RRC, select “Housing” and click on a hotel to start your booking.
