Getting Started

Registration and housing will open in January 2020.

If you are a member of one of the sponsoring societies (AASLD, AGA, ASGE, SSAT), you can locate your record  using your email address associated with your membership(s).

If you click on the Member Registration or Nonmember Registration button, you will get a pop up with an option to register using Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. Choose the platform and authorize InGo access to the account. This option will:

  • auto-fill some information for you, speeding up the registration process (if you choose LinkedIn or Facebook).
  • allow you to see who else is attending DDW, as well as who else from your specific social networks.
  • allow you to invite your colleagues via direct social media messages, and share your excitement about DDW at the end of the registration process.

Step 1: Name and Address

You will be asked to enter your name, professional designation(s), company, department, job title, and mailing address. Please enter your information carefully, as it will be used for your name badge and name badge mailing address if you elect to receive your materials in the mail. Please note that the last day to register and receive your badge in the mail is April 26, 2019.

Step 2: Registrant Profile

You will be asked a series of demographic questions. Your answers will be kept confidential and will help us ensure that future DDWs meet your educational needs.

We use a third-party advertising company, Feathr, to serve ads when you visit our website. They may use information (not including your name, address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Step 3: Invite a Colleague

You will have the opportunity to invite your colleagues to attend DDW 2019. You may also select “skip this step” to move on to the package selection portion of the registration form.
