Presenting at DDW
DDW looks forward to welcoming all poster presenters, lecture presenters and moderators to the DDW 2021 Virtual. Presenters can view full invitation details, including a full listing of all presentations in their sessions, by logging in online. Once logged in, click the “Messages” tab and select “Invitations.” On the invitation page, click the plus sign next to “Session Information” to see a full listing of speaker names, presentation titles and times for the session.
Lecture presenters must log in to the DDW 2021 Speaker Center to complete their associated tasks, including recording and uploading their presentation, by Monday, April 19, 2021.
Moderators are responsible for introducing speakers and guiding Q&A during their sessions. Recordings must be uploaded to the DDW 2021 Speaker Center by Monday, April 19, 2021.
ePoster presenters must be available in the DDW Virtual platform from 12:15–1 p.m. on the day of their presentations. ePoster files must be submitted to DDW administration by Friday, April 30, 2021.
