To receive the member rate, you must be a member of AASLD, AGA, ASGE or SSAT at the time of registration. For membership information and deadlines, please visit each society website. Refunds will not be provided for the difference in registration fees if the attendee becomes a member after registering.
If you’re unable to attend DDW in person or online, DDW On Demand will be available to purchase after June 5, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline for in-person registration is April 9, 2025. All online registration purchases are final, and no refunds will be permitted once your registration is complete. Requests must be emailed to [email protected] by the deadline; no refunds will be issued after April 9. Prior to the deadline:
- All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per ticketed event.
- In-person registrants may switch to online after the refund deadline has passed
