Poster Hall

Poster Hall

The DDW Poster Hall features about 4,300 posters displayed over four days. Despite the size of the Poster Hall, a visit there is truly an interactive experience. Poster presenters are at their posters from noon to 2 p.m. every day, giving attendees the chance to ask questions and presenters the opportunity to receive feedback on their work. Don’t miss this opportunity to start one-on-one conversations, and connect with your fellow attendees and researchers.

DDW Tracks in the Poster Hall

The Poster Hall is organized by DDW Tracks. Posters featuring these 15 topic areas are grouped together in the Poster Hall. All poster boards feature QR codes with clearly marked track names and colors, making it easier to find the poster presentations on topics that interest you. Scan the QR codes to access full-text abstracts and unlock priority access to DDW ePosters, if submitted.

DDW ePosters

ePosters give poster authors the chance to expand the reach of their science by allowing electronic presentation during the meeting and after the Poster Hall closes. Authors have the opportunity to submit a PDF version of their poster, along with video and audio narration to explain their findings and highlight important points.

ePosters also give attendees the chance to ask questions and communicate with poster presenters. Using the ePosters forum feature, attendees can forward comments or questions to the presenting author. Presenters have the ability to respond to questions privately or publicly in the forum for the poster. View the ePoster archive.

New for 2017, DDW will offer free ePosters tours in the Poster Hall at the DDW ePosters Theater. Daily tours, curated by society experts, will highlight the latest science featured in the Poster Hall in a small, theater setting. 2017 ePosters are currently only open to DDW attendees and will be added to the archive site in June 2017.
