The DDW Meeting Planner is your way to access DDW 2025 programming. Use this online tool to browse session information, view industry supporters and more. Filter content by DDW Tracks (education topics), society, format and day, or search using keywords. All times are listed in Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -7).

The light version of the planner does not require log in. It includes high-level session information, an industry supporter listing, meeting information and the digital conference bag. You cannot use this version to create a custom schedule.

Once you’re registered for the meeting and the app launches in spring 2025, you can log into the full version with your badge number and last name to view additional information, save your schedule and sync with the DDW Mobile App. 

Pro-tip: We recommend using the planner on the latest versions of Chrome and Safari on your computer. It’s not mobile friendly.
