Attending DDW With Your Child[ren]?

We at DDW Administration are moms and dads, too, and we know what it’s like to need child care and other parenting resources, especially when you’re away from home. Read below to see what will be offered in Chicago, IL.

Camp DDW

DDW will have child care at the 2020 meeting. CAMP DDW welcomes children ages six months to 12 years. While you’re in sessions, children participate in age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts projects, active games and much more in a safe, nurturing environment. Half day and full date rates are available. Check back soon for updates.

Infant Nursing Area (Mamava Lactation Suites)

Lactation suites available to DDW attendees free of charge. Located in South Level 2.5 across from Starbucks, this private space gives nursing mothers privacy for breastfeeding or pumping. Each suite includes two benches, a fold-down table, mirror, dual outlets and a USB port. Please download the Mamava Mobile App to unlock the suites.

Kids and parents experience San Diego together, in an up-close-and-personal, hands-on way—whether learning to surf or feeding a giraffe. Because smiles are meant to be shared. Find your family smile in San Diego.

Hall Rules and Reminders

If your child[ren] are on-site with you in the convention center, here are a few policies to keep in mind:

  • Children age six months to 12 years old are not permitted in the Exhibit and Poster Hall. Infants under the age of six months are permitted in the hall if they are in a front/back child carrier.
  • Strollers are not permitted in the Exhibit and Poster Halls.
