INDUSTRY SUPPORTER ELIGIBILITY
DDW views industry supporters as an integral part of the educational and scientific program. Qualified industry supporters are limited to firms, organizations and agencies that promote an awareness of products, technologies and services that are recognized and approved by DDW as being in harmony with, and supportive of, the objectives of the meeting. DDW has the sole right to determine the final eligibility/qualification of any firm, organization, agency or product for inclusion as an industry supporter. Rulings of DDW shall, in all instances, be final with regard to allowed use of exhibit space.

*Non-profit rates are available for those organizations that promote public awareness of gastroenterology-related diseases. Size is limited to one 10×10 exhibit space and this level is not eligible for an online package upgrade. Official documentation required to qualify. Hospitals (and clinics) are eligible for the non-profit rate with documentation of non-profit status. Any organization that intends to recruit a physician for a hospital, clinic or group practice is not eligible for the non-profit status and will need to reserve space at the full exhibit space rate.

PAYMENT & REGISTRATION INFORMATION
PAYMENT TERMS
- Applications submitted before Nov. 4, 2022:
- Full payment due Nov. 4, 2022: Ten (10) priority points will be awarded for full payment before this date.
- Full payment not made before Nov. 4, 2022:
- Exhibit space will be released into general inventory and DDW reserves the right to resell the space.
- Company will need to reapply for exhibit space at DDW.
- Applications submitted on or after Nov. 5, 2022:
- Full payment is required before exhibit space is assigned.
- Exhibit space confirmation and copy of executed contract will be sent upon receipt of full payment.
- Application will expire if full payment is not received within 30 business days of submission. Any applications received after April 21, 2023, will need to pay by credit card or send a check, wire transfer or ACH within five (5) business days of submission. If payment is not received during that time your application will expire and you will not be assigned an exhibit space.
Please make sure to review the payment and cancellation policy. Submission of your contract online is an acknowledgment of all DDW policies, payment schedules, cancellation polices, and rules and regulations.
INDUSTRY SUPPORTER REGISTRATION
Registration is required for all staff whether they will be face-to-face or interacting on the online platform. Registration opens in January 2023. You must be registered for DDW before you can book housing.
INDUSTRY SUPPORTER HOUSING
DDW’s official housing provider is onPeak. All hotel reservations must be made through this provider as hotels cannot take direct reservations. Reserve by calling 855-202-8097 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET. Show Management is not responsible for reservations incurred through unofficial sites.
