This year, you have your choice of how to attend DDW. If you’re unable to attend in person in San Diego, CA, you can join us online through our state-of-the-art virtual platform. During the registration process, you’ll be prompted to select whether you’ll be attending in person in San Diego or virtually. If you’re attending in person, please review our health and safety policies.

Below we’ve broken down the differences between Virtual Only and In Person registration and what’s included with each. Please note that in person attendees will recieve full access to the DDW Virtual platform. Registration rates are the same for in person and virtual attendance.

Virtual Only Registration

  • ePosters Site

    Full-text abstracts and complete posters (if submitted) will be available at the ePosters site during and after the meeting. Attendees can interact with authors online to ask questions.

  • Industry Supporter Showcase

    Get the details about the latest GI innovations and technological advances in the Industry Supporter Showcase.

In Person Registration

  • 400+ Sessions

    You'll have credentials to attend 400+ scientific sessions. The full schedule of sessions will be available in the DDW Online Planner soon.

  • Poster Hall

    The posters in the Poster Hall will be organized by DDW Tracks so you can easily find posters of interest. Authors will be at their poster boards to answer questions from 12:30–1:30 p.m. on the day their posters are scheduled.

  • Exhibit Hall

    Get the details about the latest GI innovations and technological advances in the Exhibit Hall. Plus, get additional industry programming through Product Theaters and Satellite Symposia.

  • Networking

    Build relationships and reconnect with colleagues during dedicated networking events.
